Roger Drouin Announces Dock Masters Naples 200% Growth

Jan. 23, 2013 - PRLog -- Roger Drouin is pleased to announce that he has achieved a growth rate of 200% with Dock Masters Naples in his first year as part owner. The Naples, Florida-based marine construction company came under the management of Roger Drouin in 2011.

At that time, Dock Masters Naples had three employees and offered dock construction services exclusively. With Roger Drouin in charge, 2011 was a year of changes for Dock Master Naples. In addition to growing the company by 200%, Roger Drouin increased the number of employees to more than ten.

“Being able to add several jobs at Dock Masters Naples,” says Roger Drouin, “was probably the 2011 achievement I’m most proud of. More services is great. More equipment is great. And, who doesn’t love higher revenues? But, it really means a lot to me when I can point to new jobs created to show what I did in 2011.”

In addition to adding new jobs to Dock Masters Naples, Roger Drouin added new services to the company’s offerings. As a direct result of Roger Drouin’s leadership, Dock Master Naples now builds sea walls and does other marine concrete work.

“We were quite busy with docks,” says Roger Drouin, the company’s co-owner, “but I saw an opportunity to expand our offerings. So, of course, I had to. I’m an entrepreneur at heart. When I see opportunities, I seize them!”

The most recent change for Roger Drouin and Dock Masters Naples is the acquisition of a new barge. The company recently purchased a second barge to alleviate the constantly rising market demands.

“2011 was huge for us,” comments Roger Drouin. “No one is saying anything to the contrary about that. But, I really think that 2012 is going to finish off even better. We have a lot of major accounts on the line, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they made 2012 an incredible year in the books.”

With rapid growth figures on his side, Roger Drouin hopes that Dock Master Naples will be able to end 2012 with even more growth than 2011.
