PRLog -- Enter the "You be the Judge" Art Contest 2013 for a chance to win an incredible Grand Prize package worth over $10,000. The contest is open to all artists worldwide and is FREE to enter. Viewers will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite paintings throughout the duration of the contest, ultimately deciding who the Grand Prize winner will be.
