ACTHA Las Vegas trail ride to benefit Horses4Heroes

Feb. 1, 2013 - PRLog -- The American Competitive Trail Horse Assn. (ACTHA) and its Las Vegas ride host, Lisa Erickson, invites Las Vegas trail riding enthusiasts, novice to advanced, to participate in a trail ride Saturday, Feb. 2 to benefit Las Vegas-based Horses4Heroes.   Other dates for the three-buckle series are March 2 and November 2.  Cash prizes will be awarded along with buckles.  For more information, call 702.630.7507.

According to Ms. Erickson, " Once again we will ride the beautiful trails that the Sandy Valley Sand Dunes have to offer. The riders at our last ride raved about the beautiful trails that wind up down and around the sand dunes and through the mesquite forest. By far, this location offers the best views and footing (barefoot horses don't need boots on this sandy trail) in Sandy Valley.   Many of our obstacles are natural and our judges are experienced ACTHA judges and top horsemen. This ride is challenging and enjoyable and perfect for beginner to advanced riders."
