There are four quarterly awards and one Evening of the Stars night, all help to keep the motivation and optimism flowing through the company. Quality First Home Improvement, Inc. does training monthly to keep employees heads high and keep them well informed.
The importance of the training sessions that follow the award ceremony is to get the employees amped, ready to work and feel good to be a part of a company with these type of events. Training is a huge part of a company and can make or break it; it’s also the foundation of a good employee. Training is the first step to show the employee how things are done in the company, and what has worked in the past to keep the success train rolling. Not only does training improve moral of the employees, it teaches them job satisfaction. They learn to take pride in their work if don’t have it already and not only help Quality First but also their self confidence. Less supervision is a bonus for a well trained employee; they won’t need a supervisor looking over their shoulder critiquing their work. Increased productivity is another great factor of training and some employees might see their job as second nature and constantly working to improve.
