TIPP CITY, OHIO, FEBRUARY 2, 2013 – Recently, Chad Minkner, a sales consultant at Voss Honda, was honored by American Honda Motor Co., Inc. Chad Minkner achieved Gold Master-level membership in the 2012 Council of Sales Leadership recognition program. This prestigious honor recognizes top-performing Honda sales consultants who consistently demonstrate professionalism, leadership, and a high level of commitment to their customers.

The annual Council of Sales Leadership recognition program encourages professional development and sales leadership at Honda dealerships throughout the U.S. By measuring sales volume, customer satisfaction, and professional knowledge, the program identifies sales consultants who excel at surpassing their customers’ expectations.

The Gold Master members receiving recognition this year have performed at the top level in all three categories at their dealerships for at least three of the past five years. In addition, these top-performing sales consultants were instrumental in Honda’s strategy to elevate customer satisfaction and strengthen owner loyalty in 2012.

Chad Minkner has attained Council of Sales Leadership membership for the sixth time and has earned Gold Master status for the second time. He was among 480, out of more than 14,000, Honda sales consultants to achieve Gold Master membership in 2012. In addition, Chad Minkner has proudly served customers at Voss Honda in the Tipp City community for the past seven years.
