Adams® Extract & Spice Announces Donation Presentation To The American Diabetes Association

Feb. 19, 2013 - PRLog -- On Wednesday, February 27, 2013, Adams® Extract & Spice will be presenting the American Diabetes Association – Houston Chapter with a $1,250 charitable donation.

Adams® Extract & Spice has committed $15,000 to the American Diabetes Association. To help raise awareness, each month, a check for $1,250.00 will be presented to a different American Diabetes Association Chapter in the State of Texas.

Recent studies are showing the average American is consuming more than the daily recommended amounts of calories, salts, and sugars; most of these coming from fast, processed and prepared foods. Adams® believes going home to cook fresh foods, properly prepared and seasoned, is half the battle in the fight to control and eliminate Diabetes and other health related illnesses.

The American Diabetes Association funds research to prevent, cure and manage diabetes, delivers services to hundreds of communities, provides objective and creditable information, and advocates for those already affected by diabetes.
