Rapid Realty NYC Holds First Annual Franchise Summit

Feb. 18, 2013 - PRLog -- NEW YORK (Feb 18, 2013) – Following three years of incredible expansion, over one hundred of Rapid Realty NYC’s franchise owners, trainers, managers, and executives will come together for the company’s first Franchise Leaders Summit, February 22-24 at Camelback Mountain in Tannersville, PA. The conference will coincide with Rapid Realty’s annual company ski trip, which is expected to bring hundreds of agents to the slopes.

    “It’s hard to believe that only three years ago, all the company leaders could fit around my coffee table,” said CEO Anthony Lolli. “Now that we’ve grown to from one office in Brooklyn to sixty franchises across multiple states, being able to get all our franchisees and other key personnel together under one roof is a rare and valuable thing.”

    The Franchise Leaders Summit will include team-building exercises and management training workshops, as well as presentations from Rapid Realty’s partner companies. It will also be used as an opportunity to launch new companywide initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience, and boosting revenue by expanding the range of services offered at all franchise locations.

    The centerpiece of the weekend will come on the evening of the 23rd, when the agents attending the ski trip will join the franchise leaders for the Franchisee and Agent Awards Dinner, where the company’s top performers will be recognized for their outstanding achievements in a variety of categories.

    Following the awards ceremony, there will be an after-party celebrating Rapid Realty’s inclusion on the 2012 Inc. 5000, Inc. Magazine’s list of the fastest-growing companies in America.

    “Making it onto the Inc. 5000 after just three years of franchising was a huge milestone for us,” said Lolli. “This will be our first chance to come together as one company and really celebrate that achievement the way only Rapid Realty can.”

    Both the awards ceremony and after-party will feature music provided by special guest DJ Stacks from HOT 97 FM.
