Cyber Defense Magazine Hires New Editor and Chief, Pierluigi Paganini

Feb. 22, 2013 - PRLog -- Today, just a few days prior to the kickoff of the biggest information security show on earth, RSA® Conference 2013, and in parallel with the launch of the first annual print-edition launch of Cyber Defense Magazine (CDM), publisher Steven G. Samuels announced the appointment of Pierluigi Paganini as Editor and Chief.  In welcoming Paganini to CDM, Samuels affirms CDM’s commitment to building a world class INFOSEC publication that remains innovative, fresh and unique.  In parallel with this announcement, previous Editor and Chief, Gary S. Miliefsky, has been promoted to Executive Producer of the publication.

Pierluigi Paganini has been a frequent contributor to many publications and an infosec company Director, Researcher, Security Evangelist, Security Analyst and Freelance Writer, with over 20 years of experience in this industry.  He is a Certified Ethical Hacker at EC Council in London.  His passion for writing and his strong belief that security is founded on information sharing and awareness led him to found the successful security blog known as Security Affairs.
