The Residences on Watermere Drive Announces Plan to Build Eight New Villas

Feb. 27, 2013 - PRLog -- Due to only having three Villa homes remaining for sale, The Residences on Watermere Drive has announced plans to build eight, new one-story Villas in the East Village neighborhood ranging from 2,100 to almost 2,700 square feet. Construction is scheduled to begin next month, and the newly-constructed Villas will be available for move-in summer 2013. Reservations are currently being accepted.

Some will offer a study or media room, and all will offer large covered back porches with optional fireplaces. The Residences has partnered with Patina, a local design store in Southlake for the selection and design of hard surface selections such as back splash and floor file, wood flooring and all paint choices.
