Chicago, February 28, 2013 –  Chicagoland Sunbelt has announced today that senior broker, Dennis Grzywinski, completed the sale of a full service disaster restoration company that restores homes after disasters such as hurricanes, tornados, fires or floods. The company was founded 12 years ago and is part of a national franchise system. The business has an excellent reputation for quality work and outstanding service and is one of the largest franchises in the country.  

Chicagoland Sunbelt announced today that Dennis Grzywinski, Senior Broker, completed the sale of a full service HVAC company.  The business, which provided heating and air conditioning installations and service to commercial/industrial client, had been in business for over 15 years.  The business had a well-established and loyal customer base in the greater Chicagoland area.  

The business garnered significant interest from other HVAC business owners looking to expand their customer base and footprint.  Over 40 buyers inquired about the business which resulted in two solid offers and an attractive exit for the owner.
