Audcomp Hosted Cloud Demystified Conference

Feb. 28, 2013 - PRLog -- Cloud Demystified Conference, hosted by Audcomp, was a success in spite of the weather condition that made morning commute difficult. Held on February 27, 2013 at the Hamilton Golf and Country Club in Ancaster, Ontario, the event was attended by several small and medium-sized organizations from both the private and the public sector.

The conference was value-packed with learning sessions and product showcases, presented by leading-edge IT companies.

The keynote address, which was delivered by Audcomp, revolved around the topic of Cloud Computing. The presentation discussed cloud business solutions in a non-technical manner, focusing on their values for today's businesses. The discussion focused on solutions that help small and medium sized organizations to reduce IT costs, boost productivity, support mobile workforce and secure business data.

During the event, Audcomp launched a new website – www.audcompcloud.com. The website provides detailed information about Audcomp cloud services. In the near future, the website will include white papers and case studies to provide educational information about cloud solutions to businesses.

The second learning session was provided by Microsoft showcasing their latest operational system- Window 8. It was pointed out that Windows 8 delivers new levels of productivity, security, and mobility without sacrificing performance or choice.

The conference attendees were also able to navigate through the exhibit floor where HP, Lenovo, Infocus, StorageFlex, Unitrends, Netgear, 3M, Ricoh Canada and a few other manufacturers demonstrated some of their latest technology products and business solutions.

The conference was sponsored by HP Canada. Intel and ESET were lunch and breakfast sponsors respectively.
