Ms. Tulp brings two and a half years of regional directorship experience to the FPMA executive committee. Executives move up from secretary to president during a four-year term, which in 2017 will make Ms. Tulp the third woman to be president of the 69-year-old organization. "The FPMA is important to me because it's ultimately about improving pest control for both homeowners and pest control operators," explains Ms. Tulp. "As a member of the executive board, I believe that one way to achieve this goal is to get the word out to all pest control operators about the benefits of joining the Florida Pest Management Association (http://www.flpma.org/) Adam's Pest Control (http://www.adamspest.biz/) Membership isn't the only means by which Ms. Tulp seeks to improve the direction of pest control in Florida. "Gathering together forward-thinking companies into the FPMA gives us a voice in government. We plan to use that voice to protect homeowners, their families, and the environment."
