Driven Marketing Solutions Hires New Recruiter

March 8, 2013 - PRLog -- Driven Marketing Solutions would like to introduce their new Recruiter, Lainey Schuler.  Lainey attended Waynesburg University in Waynesburg, PA and studied Forensic Science and Business Management.  She is originally from the Brookline area of Pittsburgh.

Lainey has worked in several different industries.  While pursuing her Forensic Science degree, she worked as a correctional officer in Greene County.  Utilizing her Business Management courses, Lainey also co-owned a tanning salon in Brookline with friends and family called Suns of Intanity.

Although she enjoyed running the tanning salon, she wanted to venture out and make her own path.  This led Lainey to look into other industries, such as Human Resources.  After interviewing with Manager Lizzie Kirbo, Lainey felt that she had found a work environment that would not only give her opportunity for growth, but also be fun and exciting.

Lainey, who started only two weeks ago, has already exceeded the expectations for someone entry level in the Recruiting role.  "Lainey is such a pleasure to work with and has amazing energy!  She really knows how to connect with people and get them excited about the opportunity we have to offer.  She works hard and has the results to back it up," says Lizzie Kirbo.
