Clearwater Communications, Incorporated Attends Keys to Success

MIAMI - March 12, 2013 - PRLog -- The management team at Clearwater Communications, including Stephen Scott, Theresa Marie, Meshak Faton, Victoria Murray, Nicholas Mohammadpour & Marie DiPiero, attended a National Conference to represent the firm in February 2013.  The conference was held downtown Atlanta, Georgia at the Hyatt Regency.  This networking experience showcased breakout sessions focusing on management, operations, leadership and human resources.  

The conference began with a general session that included introductions and a large award ceremony where 3 million dollars in cash prizes were given away as well as a 2013 BMW convertible.  “The general session really sets the tone for the conference in a positive way by showing all the success that has happened throughout the previous year,” stated Stephen Scott, “I was honored to be apart of the promoting owners award this year and am eager to see the successes our team has in the future.”  The general session also provided participants with this year’s conference theme, “Character, Commitment, & Courage.”  This theme provided a great outlook for the weekend ahead.

During the breakout sessions at Keys to Success; Partners, Managers, and Administrators were set in groups to gain knowledge and share experiences.  These sessions aid in relationship building and learning.  By attending each breakout session, one was able to gain information from the previous year to be improved upon while setting goals for the year ahead. “I loved every one of my breakouts at Keys because I was able to learn new things and share stories about my role as an Administrator,” said Marie, “This conference helped me get very excited for the upcoming year and helped me to set high goals.”  

The weekend wrapped up with a formal dinner where partners, managers, and administrators were able to come together again and talk about their experiences throughout the conference.  This social time helped make the conference informational yet relaxing.  By attending Keys to Success firms were able to network, gain business experience, set goals, and have fun!
