Keventer's Chairman sees Bengalis in the top hierarchy around the globe

KOLKATA, India - March 14, 2013 - PRLog -- “One has to be passionate of what one is doing with a unique strategy, focused goal and determination to win every battle, are the key ingredients for success as an entrepreneur”, said Mr. M.K.Jalan, Chairman, Keventer Group in an interactive session on Entrepreneurship with the future managers (MBA students) of Management Education Center, Heritage Institute of Technology today (14th March 2013). Mr. Jalan also showed his optimism towards the state Bengal and said that Bengalis are occupying the top most positions in top organizations around the globe. “In today’s scenario, there is no dearth of money and technology. As an entrepreneur one has to formulate the master strategy to integrate money and technology for success through adequate profitability,” said Mr. M.K.Jalan, motivating the future entrepreneurs to take up the challenge.
A faculty member asked Mr. Jalan about how he balanced his professional and personal life in this hectic and stressful corporate world. In the answer to the question, Mr. Jalan said that one has to learn the art of detachment through continuous meditation and one should professionally manage an organization conquering useless emotions. According to Mr. Jalan, the most challenging work of an entrepreneur is to get things done from the people.
He also spoke about push and pull strategy which is very much appropriate in the marketing scenario. “ In today’s world as an individual to succeed, one should know how he or she will add value to his or her organization which is the only way to grow in the corporate arena,” said Mr. Jalan to the future managers.
Mr. Jalan is also one of the trustee members of Heritage Group of Institutions Kolkata and also the Chairman, The Heritage Academy.
