Compact 500GPM HDD mud recycling system

March 14, 2013 - PRLog -- For some small HDD projects, they may use drill rigs with below to 300 tons. In this case, they don't need  so big HDD mud recycling system. Compact mud system is appreciative.

Nowdays, we are working on a mud sytem including two tank packages.

First, mud recycling tank, with shale shaker, mud cleaner and hopper on top of the mud tank.
Notes: when you choose the shale shaker and mud cleaner, you'd better choose same shaker of the mud cleaner with shale shaker. For eg, if you choose shale shaker GNZS703, then you'd better also choose GNZJ703-1S8N. this will give help when you replace the shaker screens both for shale shaker and mud cleaner. Besides, the reason we put the hopper on the top of the tank is to shorten the tank as possible, more compact. But in this case, it will hard for workers to add drilling material into the hopper. The solution is we add a cradle on the tank to lift the sacks on the tank, not expensive at all ,but very useful.

Second, mud mixing tank, 2 compartments, with two agitators and two mud guns on top. This will amplify the tank capacity and give a enough drilling mud when do the project. Besides, we could also link the two mud tanks together and reuse the recycling drilling mud. This is really cost-effective.
