Follow on Google News | Celebrate Easter Sunday And Witness The Resurrection With Bishop Ricky SinclairWithout the Resurrection, Christianity falls into the category of every other religion. It would be preaching and teaching without power.
By: Miracle Place Church Ricky Sinclair After watching Passion of The Christ, it brings a different view and reality of the suffering Christ endured for all who believe in Him. To see the awe of the women who discovered the empty tomb and the shock of those first saw the risen Lord. How blessed would you be to be the one that was chosen to be a part of those miraculous moments. How important is the Resurrection to Christians? If there is no resurrection of the dead, then not even Christ has been raised. And if Christ has not been raised, our preaching is useless and so is your faith. More than that, we are then found to be false witnesses about God. If Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins. . . . If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we are to be pitied more than all men. (1 Corinthians 15:12-19). Without the Resurrection, Christianity falls into the category of every other religion. It would be preaching and teaching without power. The Resurrection proves that Jesus died on the cross to pay the penalty of our sins. It gives us hope that one day we will be risen from the dead in order to spend eternity with our Lord in heaven. Bishop Ricky Sinclair (http://www.rickysinclair.com) wants to invite everyone to view the Resurrection. On March 31, 2013, you can be an eye witness to the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior.
