Female activist and Femme Cycle Maven Val Carey is releasing the updated version in true TOTM! style.
The launch party is taking place Monday March 25, 2013 at the Simplicity Wine Bar and Cafe located at 310 Malcolm X Blvd Brooklyn, NY where the theme is red for that Time Of The Month!  Local bakery DOCDS Southern Desserts located at 214 Bainbridge Street Brooklyn, NY will be sponsoring the event with their scrumptious red velvet cupcakes.

Val Carey will be personally signing copies of the newest TOTM! Time Of The Month! The Ultimate Period Planner.
This planner allows women and girls who menstruate to not only track their periods, but to track their emotions as well.  It's a planner and a book all in one.  The book is packed with helpful tips to prevent bloating, cramping and more during that time of the month with the objective for all who purchase the book to have a painfree TOTM!

Val Carey advocates for girls and women to embrace the once taboo subject of menstruation and empowers them with information through her workshops and weekly Blogtalk radio show TOTM! Tea Talk which airs Wednesdays at 7pm EST and Sundays at 5pm EST.
