DENVER - March 21, 2013 - PRLog -- The 2012 iMacs have been reported as unrepairable and non upgradeable.  In fact when we asked our Apple associates at the Genius bar what they do when a customer has a hardware issue in the new thin 2012 iMacs, they told us that Apple just replaces the entire machine!  Well, we have found that the notion of the iMac being non upgradeable or repairable is simply not true.  The thin edge to edge glass screen on the iMac is actually held on by an adhesive, with careful manipulation this adhesive can be removed and replaced, allowing the thin screen to be taken off the iMac, giving access to the hardware guts of the machine.
