Lead Star Announces the Dates for Leadership Boot Camp for Women in 2013

FAIRFAX, Va. - March 27, 2013 - PRLog -- Lead Star is pleased to announce the dates for it's premiere leadership development program called "Leadership Boot Camp for Women".  Join Courtney Lynch and Angie Morgan, best-selling authors and nationally recognized thought leaders, trainers and executive coaches on either May 16th or November 21st at the Mason Inn Conference Center & Hotel in Fairfax, Virginia.  If you are looking for a one day course in leadership training for women, join us at Leadership Boot Camp.  

Leadership Boot Camp for Women is a one day course of practical leadership instruction designed to better prepare participants to lead in both their professional and personal lives.  The training starts with a look at an individual’s personal leadership style and ends with the possession of a customized kit of practical tools that can be utilized to transform the participant into a dynamic leader. This experience is designed to ignite personal leadership capabilities while working closely with a group of focused, talented women professionals.  Boot Camp is valuable for emerging leaders as well as upper level executives.

Boot Camp introduces Lead Star’s seven fundamental leadership principles through a unique combination of instruction, individual and group exercises and best-practice sharing experiences.  The seven leadership principles include: Performance, Confidence, Decisiveness, Accountability, Emotional Resolve, Service-Based Leadership, and Authenticity.  Boot Camp is a one-of-a-kind, interactive educational experience that actively engages each participant in group learning exercises, and includes a reflection period to create a detailed action plan to implement after the training.
