PRLog -- CHEYENNE, WY—OutdoorGearLab.com revealed today the results of the 2013 Editors’ Choice Awards for the Women's Ski Jacket category, listing this year’s best and best value for Women's Ski Jacket. The OutdoorGearLab Review Editors chose the following winners after extensive field testing at Mammoth Mountain, California and the Sierra backcountry. We took eight women's insulated ski jackets and put them to head-to-head tests to figure out what was the best in the following categories: warmth, ventilation, water resistance, ski specific features, style and fit, and comfort. We think some of the most important aspects of a ski jacket are that it is warm and water resistant, and that its features make skiing at a resort easier and more comfortable. Even though all the jackets we reviewed were of high quality, we did find that some jacket are more conducive to resort skiing than others. Each underwent extensive side by side tests to evaluate these key performance metrics. View the complete Women's Ski Jacket Review -
