Elgin Recycling Gives Away Cubs Tickets for Scrap at Its Recycle Center Sites Starting April 1

April 2, 2013 - PRLog -- Gilberts, IL – Fans of the Chicago Cubs shouldn't miss Elgin Recycling's special offer this year. From March 22 until August 26, 2013, bringing scrap materials to a recycle center qualifies fans for entry into a raffle draw for Chicago Cubs tickets. There are at least three pairs of tickets to be raffled away every week. Winners will be drawn every Monday, and they need not be present at the drawing to claim their prize.

According to Elgin Recycling, multiple entries to the raffle are allowed. The family-owned company stated that every time fans bring in recyclable materials, an entry can be added to their name. Since this will increase the chances of winning, the company encourages Cubs fans to bring as much scrap as they can.

Scrap material can be brought to any of Elgin Recycling's five centers in Chicagoland. Full recycling services are offered in Gilberts–which has two locations–Elgin, Palatine, and Crystal Lake. These full-service facilities are designed to process many different materials, including paper, electronics, plastic, and ferrous metals, though some cannot be recycled. Though each yard has its individual opening and closing times, after hour appointments are also available.
