Everyone in the BBS office works hard to earn the coveted spot of Leader of the Week, an award for top leadership voted on by management and peers. Steven earned the spot of Leader of the Week for the weeks of March 4th and March 11th.

According to one Manager, in order to be voted leader of the week by fellow employees, one must have executed the highest amount of sales for that week as well as exemplify a leadership role in all aspects and tasks within the office.

When asked about Steven’s performance one BBS employee said, "Steven has an excellent attitude both inside and out of the office. It was great to see him earn the chance to lead a total of three of the company meetings in front of us as his fellow employees; it is certainly motivating for us to do the same."
