This Mother's Day Whisk Mom To The Top For The Signature Room's Hybrid Brunch

From 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., executive chef Rosalia Barron’s exceptional culinary team creates a mouthwatering array of locally-sourced selections for a memorable feast at the Hybrid Brunch Buffet. Guests can graze through delicious starters and desserts from the buffet, and enjoy entrees made-to-order and served at the table for a truly sophisticated dining experience. Live piano entertainment provides a festive air.

Buffet starter options include everything from yogurt parfaits, artisan cheeses, soups and salads, to chilled shrimp, crab legs, and freshly shucked oysters.  Guests can then order freshly prepared entrees satisfying every taste from breakfast favorites to gourmet lunch fare.  Entree options range from buttermilk pancakes and grilled flat iron steak and eggs, to sautéed crab cakes, grilled chicken and seared whitefish.  Brunch is not complete without a tempting visit to the decadent sweets table offering freshly baked cookies, seasonal pastries and a variety of made-to-order treats.  Later that evening, dinner guests choose from Chef Barron’s classic new a la carte menu.
