53rd New Comedy-O-Rama Airs Saturday, April 6, 2:30 pm ET on CRAGG!

NAPANOCH, N.Y. - April 6, 2013 - PRLog -- Joe Bevilacqua, Lorie Kellogg, Jim Folly, and Kenny Savoy are the current members of Liquid Comedy, the troupe founded by Kenny, Jim and Joe (along with Tom Giannazzo and Gary Bihler) in 1979.

This Saturday, April 6th, The Comedy-O-Rama Hour presents "Camp Waterlogg-A-Go-Go! Yogurt Pudding Love". The new radio play is part of The Joe Bev 3-Hour Block, starting 2:30 pm ET / 11:30 am PT on http://www.cultradioagogo.com.

In the hour, Sgt. Lefty (Joe Bev) and Olive Pitts (Lorie Kellogg) have been magically whisked off to India for their honeymoon by famous Indian magician Kutmar Kutmar (Joe Bev) and are in a movie directed by Sal Pilvers (Joe Bev), leaving the Camp Waterloggers bewildered: Ellis the Boatkeeper, Adam Maxwell, Woody, Lil Andy (all Joe Bev)  and Elise, Like, and Mrs. Terwilliger (all Lorie Kellogg). When Lefty and Olive return, they are made to do all the work at Camp Waterlogg as punishment for disappearing for three weeks.

Kellogg Voices Olive Pitts, Mrs. Terwilliger, Elise, Lkie, Ranger Lorie and others. Folly Voices Chef Ron, Little Jimmy, Marcello, English actor, and others. Savoy voices Stinky Peter, Kernal Lefkowitz, Luigi, Indian actor, and others

Bevilacqua (Joe Bev) voices Sgt. Lefty, Ellis de Boatkeeper, Adam Maxwell, Andy, Ranger Rich, Stephen, Woody, Sal Pilvers and others. Bev also has produced and directed The Comedy-O-Rama Hour for the last 53 weeks for Cult Radio A-Go-Go! (plus, 60 previous hours for XM Radio).

Joe Bev also produces Jazz-O-Rama (36th week), the Joe Bev Experience (32nd week) and Cartoon Carnival (53 weeks).

Bevilacqua and Kellogg have been married since 1996. All of their Camp Waterlogg scenes are recorded at the couple's rustic home in the beautiful Catskills, designed to look like a 1950s kid show set.

It was announce on February 27 that Blackstone Audio, Inc., has entered into partnership with Joe Bev's Waterlogg Productions to providing its award-winning audiobooks to a wider audience.

On February 22, it was announced that Joe Bevilacqua (Joe Bev) was chosen to be among those to receive a 2013 "Kean University Distinguished Alumni Award".

Bevilacqua has been producing radio in many genres most of his life. In 1980, at 19, Bevilacqua produced his first radio show, Liquid Comedy, for public radio station WRSU in New Brunswick, New Jersey, subsequently distributed internationally by the National Federation of Community Broadcaster (which became Pacifica Radio Archives). He co-hosted The Jazz Show with Garret Gega in the early 80s, a four hour a week mix classic jazz and comedy for WKNJ in Union, New Jersey.

Bevilacqua also worked for WBGO, Jazz 88 in Newark, NJ and produced documentaries for WNYC New York Public Radio on jazz legends including Louis Armstrong, Wynton Marsalis, Count Basie, Woody Herman, Cab Calloway, and Lionel Hampton.

He is a frequent contributor to National Public Radio, and in 2009, Bevilacqua did a commentary for Marketplace about his "green lifestyle".

Lorie Kellogg is the co-producer. Kellogg started her education at the Kansas City Art Institute. There she studied painting, printmaking, photography, commercial design and video. She continued to Graduate School at the California Institute of the Arts where she received her MFA in Film/Video. Lorie is a graphic designer creating websites, logos, newsletters, newspaper & magazine layout, package design, ad design, and edits video & audio.
