DDI India Appoints Anu Zachariah as Head of Consulting

Mumbai—Global talent management consulting firm, Development Dimensions International (DDI) announced the promotion of Ms. Anu Zachariah as Head of Consulting in India.  Ms. Zachariah has 17 years of experience managing and executing a wide gamut of human resource activities with leading global and Indian organizations.  With this appointment, Ms. Zachariah joins the DDI India management team, with Amogh Deshmukh, who Heads Sales & Marketing.  

Her responsibilities as DDI’s Head of Consulting include: formulating and executing DDI India’s consulting business strategies and practices; steering large-scale client implementations to address a variety of talent management challenges and leading a team of consulting professionals who design and deliver solutions.

Anu has a Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
