Incorporating evidence-based treatment methods into the gameplay, the game will be a first-of-kind self-help tool for mental health. Throughout the game, the player's activity and progress will be tracked and rewarded. Clinicians and caregivers will be able to access information to help understand the player’s underlying challenges and triggers associated with managing anxiety. Friends and family will also have a mechanism to participate as part of the player's support network. The company intends to develop a suite of games to address a number of health conditions.
