500GPM mud system for HDD contractor

April 12, 2013 - PRLog -- CPP (http://cpp.cnpc.com.cn/gdj/en/)(China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau),the largest HDD contractor in China, they have more than 150 HDD drilling rig.Until now ,have taken more than 30 units mud system from GN.

Mud system is vital to HDD contractors with the same function in oil drilling field. GN Solids Control design and manufacture complete equipments for HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) and CBM (Coal Bed Methane). Drilling mud recycling system includes: 150GPM / 350GPM / 500GPM / 800GPM / 1000GPM / 1500GPM /2000GPM.

Last month,GN dilivered a 4 phase 500GPM mud system to CPP.Configuration is as below

Two tanks make sure the sufficient space to store the active mud.
One unit 500GPM linear motion shale shaker (http://www.gnsolidscontrol.com/shale-shaker/) is proved by both home and abroad customers as a well performed unit.
Mud Cleaner is designed 2 units De-sander cyclones and 12 units De-silter cyclones to meet a maximum 1000GPM capacity in case damage of any cyclone leading to broken down.

One uint GNLW363G decanter centrifuge (http://www.gnsolidscontrol.com/decanting-centrifuge/) could separate ultra fine solids in drilling mud greatly enhance the quality of mud.
