"It involves only natural food. Meats, fish, vegetables, fruits, seeds, nuts and natural oils such as olive oil and coconut oil.  And water of course!"

"The modern diet filled with what I call heavy carbohydrates such as bread, pasta, and potatoes in large quantities when highly processed are damaging harming for human health. In terms of weight gain these types of foods are the main offenders". "These foods are loaded with calories, and the type of calories that pack on body fat faster than you can say Healthy 4 U." They are usually very de natured foods and take away from the body more then they give it."

"A system to use that is extremely effective is to eat like a cavewoman for every meal apart from on cheat meal which you can have once every 5 or 7 days."
