SAN DIEGO - April 14, 2013 - PRLog -- Gorilla Advertising & Oliver Web Guy Merge into SEO Rank Tank which is planned to be launched into a Beta  version by the end of April.  The merger will be a merger of 2 businesses which have offered the same products and services for many years.  Gorilla Advertising is a Missouri corporation (The Gorilla Ad Agency, LLC), while Oliver Web Guy, LLC is located in San Diego, California.

SEO Rank Tank will be operated by both entities simultaneously, as well as provide a client management for their franchise owners.
