Susannah Koteen, Owner, Lido & President of FDBA, says, “As President of the Frederick Douglass Boulevard Association, which is a relatively new organization, founded just over a year ago, it is exciting to see so many people (business owners and residents) that are invested in making Frederick Douglass Blvd a thriving community.
