HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - April 19, 2013 - PRLog -- Get ready to set sail with some of your favorite suds stars from the past and present as Leonian, a production company owned by entertainment publicist and producer Susan Bernhardt, has partnered with We Love Soaps, the world's biggest champion of scripted, serialized storytelling on TV and The Web, to bring a slate of annual group cruises, specifically geared for soap fans.  

“I've wanted to do another soap cruise since late 2008 following the Farewell To Passions Cruise”, said Ms. Bernhardt.  “With the resurgence of cancelled soaps, spike in daytime ratings and the birth of what is becoming a huge online indie soap presence, starring many current and former soap stars, I felt the timing was perfect.  Partnering with my friends and colleagues from We Love Soaps was the missing piece of the puzzle – now we're ready to begin rolling out this incredible opportunity!”

The new venture has plans to produce two or three theme based Soap Fan Cruises per year, with the first cruise already booked for late January 2014 aboard Carnival Cruise Lines.  An announcement is planned within the next two weeks, and reservations will open at that time.  Look for some of your long time, beloved daytime stars to be headlining the inaugural cruise from Leonian!
