Troop Real Estate Celebrates Industry's Finest at 26th Annual Award Ceremony

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. - April 25, 2013 - PRLog -- Earlier this month, staff and agents from Troop Real Estate, Inc. filled the Hyatt Westlake Plaza’s grand ballroom for the company’s 26th annual award ceremony and banquet. Founder and CEO, Brian Troop welcomed nearly 400 attendees with an uplifting address.

“Troop Real Estate finished a breakthrough 2012 with a 30% market share of Ventura County, which keeps us the number one real estate brokerage county-wide! Our Santa Clarita office is steadily expanding, as the latest addition to our 12 offices and nearly 600 professionals across Southern California,” he explained.

With the highest number of listings sold, resulting in the largest dollar volume of production, Troop Real Estate leads the Ventura County real estate industry in several categories, including the honor of being home to the largest group of professional real estate agents in the county. Since opening its doors to a new Santa Clarita Valley office three years ago, Troop Real Estate has also seen impressive development in production in the area.

In addition to the many agents and staff members who were recognized for their achievements and milestones, Realtor Alex Gandel was acknowledged as the number one agent companywide. Gandel has been a real estate agent with Troop Real Estate for 18 years and has been a consistent top agent and number one producer for many of those years. In 2012, he set a company record with over 186 listings and sales resulting in over 46 million dollars in closed production.

Another award which is given to only the most exceptional agents at Troop Real Estate is the Agent of the Year award. One agent from each office is elected by his or her peers to receive this honor. “This agent demonstrates unequivocal integrity, professionalism and the willingness to go above and beyond for their fellow agents,” Troop explained.
