Castlegem opening up a new point of presence: Chicago

REGENT STREET, U.K. - April 30, 2013 - PRLog -- As of April 2013, Castlegem have added another point of presence in the United States: Chicago. While Chicago was not the top priority for our next PoP (we won't tell which other ones are upcoming yet!), client demand made us rearrange our priorities. Two large client groups have been pushing us for Chicago simply because of their satisfaction with our other PoPs and their experience with us. We could hardly say no thus.

Chicago is a full PoP: We offer all our services in Chicago, i.e. Virtual Private Server Hosting (VPS), Dedicated

Servers, and Colocation.

As a further bonus, our Chicago PoP also offers DDOS protection at a very competitive rate. This protection is a fully fledged one: Clients may choose any IP address of their allocation, and we will only pass on clean traffic to it, up to a default protection of 2gbps and 500kpps.

All VPS nodes are based on Intel's latest E3v2 technology, and offer Raid 10 SAS 15k disks with a Hardware

Raid Controller.
