DETROIT - April 30, 2013 - PRLog -- Elaina Farnsworth of Mobile Comply is among Oakland County Executive L. Brooks Patterson's "Elite 40 Under 40" Class of 2013.  Chosen from more than 350 nominees, Elaina represents the best of Oakland County. Every one of the "Elite 40 Under 40" is excelling in his or her field while giving back to the community.

Patterson launched the Elite 40 Under 40 initiative last year to identify young entrepreneurs and business people that have demonstrated outstanding leadership, initiative and dedication in pursuing their careers and are improving the quality of life in their communities. The nominees must live or work in Oakland County.

"They are creative entrepreneurs today and will be the leaders of our communities tomorrow," Patterson said in his 2013 State of the County address.

Elaina Farnsworth is a leader in the mobile industry. She is a public speaker, entrepreneur, writer and thought leader. Her passions are technology and education.

"And from what I can see, having read through more than 100 resumes, the future of Oakland County, and for that matter, the future of our region and our country is indeed secure, full of hope and promise." Patterson said.

Elaina Farnsworth is the CEO of Mobile Comply (http://www.mobilecomply.com), the mobile technology training firm she founded in Clarkston, MI. She coaches C-level executives and their teams on mobile strategies, applications, and social media. The goal: to make workforce collaboration more efficient and sales and service efforts more effective. Mobile Comply provides mobile strategy and enterprise-wide execution using a company's current infrastructure and business processes. Elaina has developed curriculum focusing on mobile strategy training for the Healthcare, Health & Wellness, Sports, Education, and Automotive industries. In 2013, she plans expansion into the Insurance, Finance, and Entertainment sectors.
