Northeastern New York Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association Presents “A Reason to Hope” Gala

ALBANY, N.Y. - May 1, 2013 - PRLog -- The Northeastern New York Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association, a not-for-profit organization that works to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through research and support to those affected by the disease, will hold “A Reason to Hope,” its Spring gala on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at the Hilton Hotel in downtown Albany.

In addition to a wonderful evening of food and dancing;  we will be recognizing this year’s honorees for their contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association vision of “a world without Alzheimer's” including: Dr. Earl Zimmerman from Albany Medical Center, recipient of the Outstanding Community Advocate Award, Brent Bashaw and Jody McQuiston, recipients of Individual Philanthropy Awards, Siena College, recipient of the Corporate Philanthropy Award, and Renee Abdou-Malta, recipient of the Outstanding Volunteer Award.

The gala begins at 6pm featuring cocktails, a silent auction, dinner, and dancing with live music from Soul Session. The event is black tie optional and valet parking will be available at the premises.
