People Dynamics appointed channel partner for Dinamiks

May 2, 2013 - PRLog -- Preston-based People Dynamics Consultants Ltd,  specialists in HR and employee relations, has been appointed a channel partner for Dinamiks, the online employee performance management tool, by its UK developer, Dinamiks Ltd.

The partnership enables People Dynamics to expand its range of services and offer Dinamiks to clients and prospects regardless of their location. “End users don’t install the software or update it,” says People Dynamics Managing Director Chris Munnery, “because Dinamiks is a web-based, anywhere-anytime solution. It’s all done on the cloud.”

He sees Dinamiks fitting in well with the current phase of the business cycle. “Many companies which have managed to survive the economic downturn are now starting to  focus again on getting the best out of their staff, and getting their performance management in place before recruitment finally becomes a possibility again.”  Dinamiks, he adds, “has a place in every part of the cycle but provides a good launch pad for a business in the middle of it, which is where many firms are now.”
