Neutopia Launches Million Dollar Social Benefit Green Energy University Scholarship Program

TORONTO - May 5, 2013 - PRLog -- Neutopia has partnered with Yonsei University EIC (east-Asia international college), the #1 Private University in South Korea, to launch the world’s first million dollar International Social Benefit and Green Scholarship Program. Up to 15 Canadian students will be trained as Neutopia Ambassadors and will be awarded 4 year tuition at Yonsei, one of the top 100 business schools in the world!  

Neutopia and Yonsei have teamed to create a scholarship program that is geared towards students who want to make the world a better place by combining Social Enterprise with Green Energy. Students must have 70% average and desire to improve the world. Students can earn a degree in Business, Economics, Political Science, or Culture. Awards are valued up to $86,800 over the four year undergraduate program, subject to requirements. What’s more? Students can get paid $6000 ANNUALLY TO GET A DEGREE, have up to 100% of tuition & housing fees waived, & all flight & hotel fees on approved research trips. Working as a Neutopia Ambassador in student's spare time will earn valuable work experience and potential for added income; students can help communities ‘Go-Green’ while earning a degree! (support is on-going throughout the degree program and students choose how many hours they want to work depending on their school schedule.)

Interested students are asked to email an intro letter, resume, & transcripts for scholarship info and include a personal 1-page statement answering these questions: Why are you interested in Social Enterprise & Sustainable Development. Why do you think you should be accepted over other applicants? Have you already been involved in Social Enterprise or Sustainability projects in your community? Do you have a project idea as a Neutopia Ambassador or as a Yonsei EIC graduate?
