The rapa.portalforpatients.com site offers online appointment scheduling, access to medical record requests, online bill pay, and preregistration forms to streamline a patient’s check-in process.

This portal empowers patients to control their medical imaging, a key component of their health care, from the comfort and privacy of their own home.  A PIN number is first obtained by emailing pinrequest@radassociates.us or simply asking for a number at any of the imaging facilities.  After receiving the PIN number, online instructions are provided to access the personal patient portal.
