After hearing it a few times, we decided to build one.” says Jeff Sibbach, leader of the Sibbach Team of North Scottsdale. “We feel our decision to advertise open houses on behalf of every REALTOR® in greater Phoenix is revolutionary. Where else can you find a REALTOR® using their website to advertise open houses from another brokerage?” To avoid the data integrity issues that large national listing portals struggle with, the Sibbach Team utilizes data directly from locally-owned ARMLS. The ARMLS mission statement is to be the industry benchmark of quality data. “There is no better source available for local open house data, period” adds Sibbach. Getting the data is one thing, displaying the data is another. The new open houses website is powered by real estate software company FBS, the same company that provides FlexMLS access to greater Phoenix real estate agents. FBS has the software development staff to make sure the mapping features and mobile versions are compatible with the majority of devices being used today. The Sibbach Team is ranked in the top 1/10th of 1% of REALTORS® in Maricopa County based on sales volume.
