Urban Push Movement, Volume 5 to take place Friday, May 31, 2013 at Therapy Wine Lounge

NEW ORLEANS - May 27, 2013 - PRLog -- This installment of Urban Push Movement will be a red carpet event where attendees can be photographed as they enter the event. It is sponsored by Urban Push Movement and Mixtape108.

Urban Push Movement is “the movement for all movements”. Volume 5 will be hosted by Rizzy the Comedian. There will be free food provided to the first 60 people through the door. Poets PoeticONE and Bri will appear, along with music artists Magnolia Militia, Princess Denisia & band, Kunta Fly Snooka, Pervella Gant, Kris Shelby, Lion’s Tafari, and Reux. Live artist Charlie V and visual artist Tokyo Stone (Erotic Stills) will also be in the house for Urban Push Movement Volume 5. Models will be provided by Queen of all Trades, LLC.

Urban Push Movement is becoming a force that is well known for endeavoring to support independent artists from multiple genres. New Orleans is often known for bounce music, but is a city that offers so much more in musical selections, including Jazz, House, Rock, R&B, Hip-Hop, Reggae, Electronica, Dance, and much more. In addition, Urban Push Movement incorporates art and spoken word into its concept.

Urban Push Movement, Volume 5 continues the tradition that is sure to be only one of many events showcasing the true talent birthed by the City of New Orleans. Urban Push Movement is becoming an “urban legend”, known to showcase the city’s epic talent!
