MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - May 29, 2013 - PRLog -- SPM Resorts was recently selected as the timeshare management company for two properties: Holly Forest in Sapphire, N.C. and Sands Villa Resort in Atlantic Beach, N.C. With these new associations, the company’s management portfolio includes 36 associations from Cape Cod to the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Holly Forest, Sapphire, N.C.

SPM Resorts began managing Holly Forest on Jan. 1, 2013. Holly Forest is Sapphire’s largest single-family and condominium real estate development with more than 1,200 whole owners. Owners have access to the Sapphire Valley Master Association amenities, which include the use of Fairfield Lake, a community center, recreation center, tennis courts, golfing, snow skiing and more.

“SPM Resorts has a solid history of working with homeowners’ associations, and their reputation is second to none in the industry,” said Walt Green, board president for Holly Forest. “Our board is looking forward to making great strides for our homeowners with SPM’s direction and assistance. We could not have found a better management company to fulfill our needs.”

Sands Villa, Atlantic Beach, N.C.

Sands Villa is an oceanfront property in Atlantic Beach, N.C. It has 90 units and is a mixture of whole and timeshare units. SPM Resorts began managing this property on March 1, 2013.

“When we entered into our search for a new management company, we knew of SPM Resorts through the good work they have done in the Atlantic Beach area,” said Mike Borasky, board president for Sands Villa. “Some of the determining factors that led us to choose SPM Resorts included their history of quality onsite management and active responsiveness to owners.”

A Word from the President

Bill Young, president & CEO of SPM Resorts, said, “We are excited to add Holly Forest and Sands Villa to our management portfolio to expand our service offerings in these two locations. We are strategic about our growth and never grow just for the sake of growing. We always evaluate a new opportunity to ensure a partnership will be to the benefit of both the association and SPM. We are excited to be managing these two properties and look forward to long, fruitful relationships with each.”
