Same Day BGA Rework Service Started

BEST will remove and replace up to (5) BGAs and ship the same day as long as the boards and parts are in house by 1PM CST. This service if designed for both plastic and ceramic packages. New devices can be used as a replacement or the existing devices can be reballed prior their placement. This service features BEST ISO 9001:2008 driven QC process in which multiple sets of eyes and multiple inspection processes are utilized including visual, endoscopic and x-ray inspection.
