CLARE takes Clutch Season Two out with a BANG!

TORONTO - June 6, 2013 - PRLog -- The multi-award winning female fatale series Clutch wraps up it's second season this week with some familiar faces in The Lucky Ones. Making her debut as Nicole is Jillian Clare, known to fans worldwide as the star and producer of the award winning teen series Miss Behave. Jillian was also recently seen on ABC's Suburgatory, and in the feature film, The Kitchen, starring opposite Bryan Greenburg and Laura Prepon. The comedy is now available on Netflix.  

“Her vulnerability mixed with her tenacious charm made Jillian Clare a perfect addition to Clutch. Fans of Jillian are going to see a whole other side of her in the character of Nicole” said creator and director Jonathan Robbins. Joining Miss Clare in the Clutch season finale is Tom Konkle (another web series veteran) best known from Invention with Brian Forbes and Safety Geeks: SVI. Making their New Media debut are film and television actors, plus real-life husband and wife, Darrell Dennis and Katya Gardner. Back in their Clutch series regular roles are Matthew Carvery and Jeff Sinasac who, coupled with Jonathan Robbins, have led the action packed drama to its renowned international success.  

Over two seasons, Clutch follows a pickpocket (Elitsa Bako, Antiviral) who, faced with being sold to the sex trade, plots to steal from the mob boss who would sell her, inadvertently dragging everyone into a human trafficking operation that was bigger than she knew. It'll take the right kind of hero to fight the mob – who will it be? The completely independent production has carved a name for itself on the web, winning awards at numerous festivals and with recognition by The Webby Awards and the Streamys, Clutch is full of guest stars including Jillian Clare (Miss Behave), Caitlynne Medrek (Out With Dad), Tom Konkle (Safety Geeks: SVI) and Mike Donnis (Pete Winning and the Pirates).
