MyColourCup, the Cup that Changes Names, Appeared Live on the American My Cool Invention Radio Show

TAMPA, Fla. - June 11, 2013 - PRLog -- The new innovative product, the MyColourCup® just might be that next 100 million dollar product.  It was featured live on the reality radio showed called My Cool Inventions the weekend of 1 June 2013.  

The show hosts, Akos Jankura 'The Solutionist' and John Cremeans 'The Doctor of Shopology', introduced Shelly Zimmerman, inventor of the MyColourCup® onto the show.  She pitched her cups as being a solution to cup arguments by allowing family members to easily claim their cups.  Each cup can be personalized with six names with one of those names being displayed in the rotating bands window.  She informed them that they are great for families, daycare and kids parties. She sells them through her web store at http://www.mycolourcup.com for $3.99 a cup and $5.99 for a personalized cup.  

This Australian product won the weeks product pitch against two other inventors.  It was definitely a close competition with MyColourCup® collecting 50% of the votes, Keep it Klose right behind with 47% and The Collectors Game with 3%.

The show went global when Twistid aired on the show to introduce their Australian product to this American audience.  John Cremeans is quoted as saying; "we are not just a national radio show, we are now global in reach".

As the first person to be on the show from Australia, Shelly acknowledged this experience as a great personal achievement and learning event. She now looks forward to introducing her product to the American market with the upcoming Genesis competition and her new venture of becoming a QVC sprouts vendor.
