As President of her own HR consulting business, Shouse provided a broad range of organizational consulting, talent management and business development expertise to clients in healthcare, retail, health & fitness, and banking. Shouse has held previous senior-level operations roles at Roving Coach International and Victoria’s Secret, a subsidiary of L Brands, Inc.
