World Champion Paralympian helps launch new homes development in Leicestershire

June 14, 2013 - PRLog -- Dan Greaves, World Champion and Paralympic medallist for the discus event, helped launch a new development in Anstey for Leicestershire homebuilder Davidsons.

As well as being the current World Champion and a silver medallist in the London Paralympics, Dan was last year’s Leicester Mercury Sportsman of the Year and comes from Anstey, so was a natural choice to help Davidsons launch their latest development.

The homebuilder held a fun ‘Best of British’ themed event including a Town Crier, cup cakes and summer cocktails. The Town Crier toured Anstey announcing the opening before joining Dan to officially launch the development which is called ‘St James Gate’.

The new development is on Groby Road in Anstey and has two showhomes. Initially a range of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes have been released with prices from £210,000 to £460,000.
