While still in Russia, she formed Voltan Energy Advisors to assist global clients with due diligence on emerging markets acquisition targets, frontier and second-tier emerging markets security analysis and corporate investigations.

She launched Voltan Capital Management, LLC in August 2007. Ms. Graham holds a Master's degree from the University of California at Berkeley, is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is fluent in six languages.
