Original Work Of "the Cuban Dali" To Be Auctioned At "taste Of Old Havana" Fundraiser

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - June 20, 2013 - PRLog -- WHAT: Taste of Old Havana Fundraiser to benefit 11 month-old Layla who is battling liver cancer.

WHEN: Tuesday, June 25, 6-9 PM.

WHERE: Don Ramon Restaurant . 7101 S. Dixie Hwy. West Palm Beach.

COST: $60 ticket donation. Includes dinner for 2, non- alcoholic beverages  and 2 glasses of wine.

$30 ticket donation includes dinner for one, non-alcoholic beverages and a glass of wine.

$15 bar ticket donation includes 2 alcoholic beverages and appetizers.

HOW: Tickets must be purchased in advance to ensure seating.

Guests of the event will enjoy a taste of Old Havana, featuring Cuban cuisine, cocktails, cigar rolling and entertainment by well-known singer Tairon Aguilera. Renowned Cuban painter Luis Miguel Rodriguez, known as "The Cuban Dali" has generously donated an original work to be auctioned, noting, "Any event for a sick child is a good cause". He is scheduled to attend the event.

Tickets for this event start at $15 for cocktails and appetizers. Full package tickets including dinner, soda and wine are $30 per person or $60 a couple. Proceeds will go to the non-profit Moran Children's Cancer Foundation, which manages donations for little Layla and her family.

Businesses wishing to sponsor this event are invited to do so, with sponsorship packages beginning as low as $50.
