 Dallas Career Event to Target Former Pro AthletesAscending Athletes Announces Career, Franchise and Entrepreneur Event

Ascending Athletes’ career development event will engage athletes in discussions that include detailed information on the current job market, interviewing skills, one-on-one job seeker evaluation and critique and franchise opportunities. “We work with a very unique set of contenders in the job market,” says Ascending Athletes President Andy Schroeder. “These athletes have incredible leadership skills, work ethic and a diverse set of interests and experience. What we help them overcome is the bias associated with the high salaries and glamour of their former careers.” Ascending Athletes’ last Career, Franchise and Entrepreneurship Event held in Atlanta, Georgia brought in 68 former NFL players from 21 states to attend the two day event, which included training, networking, meeting with franchises and interviewing.
